If you hold only one sensor, the info will not be displayed. To stop the workout, press Stop button or wait for the timer of the training program selected to expire.

Workout tips

•     Make sure to stretch before the workout. Training without warming up your muscles can result in injury.
•     Do not start your workout less than 1 to 2 hours after a meal as it will prevent food digestion and make you unable to exercise efficiently.
•     Start your training gradually and increase the intensity smoothly. At first, three 30-minutes’ workouts a week will do.
•     Finish every workout with some cool down exercise – a few minutes’ stretching will release the stress as well as prevent strain and spasms.

Finishing the workout

1. Do not finish the workout abruptly. Before you stop make your heart rate reduce back to normal.
2. If you intend to finish the workout hold on the handrails, smoothly reduce the walking belt speed and walk lightly for some time.
3. Make sure the walking belt has stopped completely before you step off the treadmill.

Maintenance

The treadmill is preliminary greased at the manufacturing site and usually does not require any additional greasing prior to first use. To ensure the best condition of the walking belt, there is some silicone grease in the treadmill set.If during the workout you feel the resistance increase or hear some odd sounds under the walking belt it means the treadmill needs greasing. For that, do the following:
•     Put up the center of the walking belt and apply the silicone grease all over the deck, then put the walking belt down. In 1 to 2 minutes after applying the grease you can start your workout.
•     Never grease the walking belt itself.Remove excessive grease with a dry clean towel. In case you use the treadmill extensively, it should be greased once a month. If you do not use the treadmill too often, greasing it once in 3 months will do.

Note:

Make sure you use only the silicone grease from the treadmill set. Using other greases unapproved by the manufacturer is prohibited. It can result in damaging the walking belt.

Storage and transportation

Store the treadmill in a clean, dry room with good ventilation.Make sure that the power switch is in Off position, and that the power cable is unplugged. Before folding the treadmill make sure that the locking mechanism on its vertical pole is safely fixed (see the Treadmill Folding and Unfolding section).
1. Remove the safety key from the central console.
2. Switch off the equipment with the button on its front side.
3. Unplug the treadmill and coil its power cord for it not to hinder storage and transportation.
4. Wipe the treadmill with a dry cloth, paying special attention to the handrails, the central console, and the walking belt. The treadmill is equipped with transport rollers for convenient relocation.
