Steam mode switch button

The device can be switched between «ECO» and «MAX» modes using the steam mode switch button. The «ECO» steam intensity mode is set by default when the device is turned on. Press the mode switch button to select the desired steam intensity.

Refill indicator

If there is not enough water in the tank, the indicator will light up. Then two beeps will sound and the steam station will stop supplying the steam. It is a signal that you need to add water to the tank. To do this, remove the water tank and fill it with water through the water filling hole, making sure that the water level is between the «MIN» and «MAX» marks. Then insert the water tank back in.

Descaling indicator

If the descaling indicator is lighting, it means that the steam station needs to be cleaned of scale and mineral residues. You must perform descaling following the instructions described in  «Cleaning and maintenance» section. After descaling is complete, restart the appliance and then press the «OK» button. The descaling indicator will turn off and the appliance will be ready to use again.

Before first use

Filling the removable tank with water

Grasp the water tank handle and lift the release button up to pull out the water tank. Then fill the tank with water through the water filling hole. Make sure that the water level is between the «MIN» and «MAX» marks on the tank case. After filling the water tank, heat the iron to the maximum temperature, and then iron a damp cloth for a few minutes to remove any residues on the soleplate as described in the section «Steam ironing».

Notes:

•     The steam station may give off a peculiar smell when first used. Parts of the device are warming up, and this will finish after a while.
•     Some particles, flakes or dirt may come out of the soleplate when first used. This is normal; the particles are harmless and they will stop releasing from the iron soleplate after a while; the remains can be removed with a damp cloth.
•     The device may make a water pumping sound when using a steam. This sound means that water is being pumped into the boiler of the steam station. This is not a malfunction.
•     A little steam may be released from the soleplate during the heating process. This is normal; the steam will stop releasing after a few seconds.
•     If the problems described above do not disappear with the time passed, contact an authorized service center for diagnostics.
•     It is recommended to use distilled water to prevent premature scale formation.

Using the steam station

Dry ironing

1. Place the iron on the thermal insulation stand.
2. Connect the plug to the wall outlet, press the power button. A single beep will sound and the power indicator will light up. The temperature indicator on the soleplate will light up and the iron will start heating up.
3. Turn the temperature dial to select the desired mode depending on the fabric type (see «Basic tips» and «Additionally»).
4. When the soleplate temperature reaches the selected value, the temperature indicator will turn off and you can start ironing.

Warning:

Do not touch the hot soleplate while the steam station is running and until the soleplate is completely cold on the stand!

Steam ironing

1. Place the steam station on a stable and level surface.
2. Remove the water tank and fill it with water through the water filling hole. It is better to use purified water with the lowest content of calcium particles. The maximum capacity of the water tank is 1.7 l; the water level must be between the «MIN» and «MAX» marks. Insert the filled tank back according to the instructions.
3. Place the iron on the thermal insulation stand.
4. Connect the plug to the wall outlet, press the power button. A single beep will sound and the power indicator will light up. The «ECO» steam intensity mode is activated by default. The temperature indicator on the soleplate will light up and the iron starts heating up.
5. Turn the temperature dial to select the desired mode depending on the fabric type (see «Basic tips» and «Additionally»).
6. Once the desired mode is selected, the iron will begin to heat up. The temperature indicator will stop blinking after the selected temperature is reached.
7. Two modes of steam supply intensity («MAX» and «ECO») are available. You can choose the desired one according to the set temperature range, which depends on the fabric type to be ironed. Make sure that there is enough water in the tank to use them.
8. When the steam station is ready for operation, the indicator of the selected steam mode will stop blinking and will light constantly.
9. Press the steam button with a little force and the steam will be continuously sprayed from the soleplate. If you loosen the steam supply button, the appliance can be used for dry ironing without steam.
10. Press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds when finished. All indicators will turn off and the device as well. Unplug the steam station. The iron soleplate will remain hot; do not touch it with your hands. Place it on a thermal insulation stand until it cools completely.
11. nThe steam station can be used for vertical steaming. Set the soleplate heating to the maximum mode. Select the «MAX» steam mode. Place your clothes on the hanger, hold the iron upright, and hold down the steam control button to steam things in hanging position.

Steam shock:

When the appliance is hot and ready to operate, press and hold the steam supply button. The first steam emission after heating is the most intense.

Attention:

Immediately after heating, as well as after long pauses in the steam station operation, water drops may come out from the soleplate during ironing. This is because condensate accumulates in the steam hose and it is released by pressure along with the steam. The phenomenon is temporary and short-term, drops are thrown out once and do not appear again until the next cooling.
•     Do not touch the hot soleplate of the steam station until it has completely cooled down!
•     Never direct steam at people!
•     Do not activate the steam function when the iron is placed on the stand to avoid steam burns.

Automatic power off

The device will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if no steam is sprayed from the soleplate. To restart the device, press the ON/OFF button again.

Cord retainer

When the steam hose and power cord are not in use, they can be stored by fastening them with a retainer.

Correct iron placement on the thermal insulation stand

The iron must be properly placed on the thermal insulation stand when not in use.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before cleaning, unplug the device and let it cool down.
1. Wipe off any residues on the soleplate with a damp cloth or a non-abrasive (liquid) cleaner.
2. Clean the top of the iron with a soft, damp cloth. Wipe the remaining water from the device stand and the thermal insulation stand with a dry cloth.
3. Remove the water tank.
4. Turn the main stand over and place it on a flat surface. Then turn the valve handle at the stand bottom counterclockwise to remove it (see figure below).
5. Drain the water from the internal boiler of the steam station.
6. Turn the steam station upside down again and fill the drain hole with clean water.
7. Take the steam station with both hands and shake it several times. Re-drain the water from the boiler and tighten the valve.
8. Return the steam station to its normal position and install the removable tank after filling it with clean water.
9. Set the soleplate heating to the minimum level.
10. nConnect the steam station to the power supply, turn it on and wait from 30 to 180 seconds. The steam station will start pumping water, then press the «OK» button and the scale indicator will turn off. If the refill indicator lights up, add water to the removable tank and repeat the steps described in point 10.
We recommend performing this procedure at least once a month or after using 10 liters of water to prevent damage to the device and achieve optimum productivity during use.If the appliance is not used for a long time, drain the water from the tank, turn the temperature dial to the minimum value, fasten the steam hose and power cord with the retainer, and then place the appliance out of the reach of children.

Note:

Do not use chemical, steel, wood, or abrasive cleaners to clean the soleplate.

Warning:

To avoid the risk of burns, make sure that the appliance has completely cooled down before removing the valve cover.

Basic tips

•     Always check if the product has a label with ironing instructions. In this case, follow these instructions for ironing your clothes.
•     The iron heats up faster than it cools down, so you should start ironing with items that require a lower temperature, such as items made of synthetic fiber.
•     If the fabric consists of different types of fibers, always choose the lowest temperature for ironing.
•     Silk and synthetic clothing should be ironed on the inside to avoid shine.•Velvet and other fabrics that quickly become shiny should be ironed in one direction with light force. Always keep the iron in the ironing movement direction.
•     100% wool fabrics can be ironed with a steam iron. Use a dry cloth as a pad, and then select the appropriate setting on the dial.
•     Never iron over a zipper sewn into the fabric. This will cause damage to the soleplate. It is necessary to iron around any such object.

Note:

When ironing woolen fabrics, it may shine. Therefore, it is recommended to turn the item inside out and iron it on the back.
